Rooms
Rooms
Each of the 2 guest rooms at B&B Villa Calagioli has a unique private entrance, offering guests direct access from the garden and a level of seclusion rarely found in a B&B. The air-conditioned rooms include a private bathroom with toiletries and a hair dryer, plus a flat-screen TV and an iPad for entertainment. All rooms open onto a patio with mountain views, and the hotel's sun terrace and garden are accessible exclusively to staying guests.
Leisure
The hotel provides BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture in its garden, along with a dedicated kids' outdoor play equipment area. Bicycle rental is available on-site, and the surrounding Madonie Regional Natural Park is a popular area for cycling and hiking, with horse riding available nearby. Guests can store bicycles securely in the hotel's lockers, and daily housekeeping keeps the spaces ready for each new day of exploration.
Dining
On-site cooking classes give guests the chance to learn Sicilian recipes using local ingredients, a hands-on experience not offered by most B&Bs in Castelbuono. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle to Falcone-Borsellino Airport (100 km away), making transfers simple for those arriving by air. Luggage storage is available at no extra charge, so guests can explore the village or the Madonie park even after check-out.
Family & Children
Families staying at B&B Villa Calagioli have access to board games, puzzles, and babysitting services, allowing parents to enjoy quiet moments while children are entertained. The kids' outdoor play area is equipped with climbing structures and swings, and family rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests with a private bathroom. The hotel's garden and sun terrace provide a safe, enclosed space for children to play under supervision.
Services
B&B Villa Calagioli offers meeting and banquet facilities, along with fax and photocopying services, making it a practical choice for small business gatherings or event planning. The hotel provides free private parking on-site, which is a significant convenience given its central location near Cefalù Cathedral (23 km) and Bastione Capo Marchiafava. All rooms are soundproof and non-smoking, and the property includes designated smoking areas for guests who smoke outdoors.
